Tamang Heritage Tribe is an entertainment travel route between Langang and Ganesh Himal. The trekking area is at 30 miles north of Kathmandu. Tamang Heritage Trek is concerned about Tamang's entire life with exciting trekking in the Himalayas. r lives, culture and crafts that we could not enter for centuries. The path provides beautiful forest landscapes, flat fishes, woods through a forest of dense bulbs. As a suggestion of the name, Trang covers extraordinary natural beauty with a rich cultural heritage preserved by the ethnic community. During this visit, you can also learn about the history of Tibetan recreation, and the Tibetan culture in the area. You can also see the trade route of Tibet - Nepal. Two countries will import and export from there. The people in this area are mainly Buddhists, with hard grain and vegetables. Daily activities are agriculture and growth of agriculture and trade. In this area people attract attractive and colorful costumes and the house is punished with excellent wood and colourfull tin. At the same time you are in the famous Tamang Hospitality Experience in Birddam, where accommodation is provided. After this we opened lunch for the narrow valley of Kyanjing Gompa and took a spectacular view of 3,900 meters.In addition, the Trekker can also find the local monastery of Dukchu Gomba, chosen by holy Tibet-guru Rinpoche and Chukla Khuaga Gomba. In Kyanjing Gompa, you will visit ancient Buddhist monasteries and glaciers. At the beginning of the morning, you will stop seeing the scene of Langtang Himalayan Range again. There will also be an opportunity to visit a traditional cheese factory where production is produced by hand. From Kyanjing Gompa, you brought the valley back to the valley and then returned to Kathmandu.

Detail Itinerary

  • Day 01: :Arrival in Kathmandu/1300m
    Land in Kathmandu and we will be greeted by a representative from Crystal Himalaya treks with warm welcome who will drop you at your Hotel. A welcome drink is organized by a Hotel and short brief about your trip in the evening. Rest and relax in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu at your Hotel.
  • Day 02: Drive to Syabrubesi (1470m) from Kathmandu, approx. 7-8 hours drive.
    After an early breakfast. We leave Kathmandu in the morning for Syabrubesi, a village which is also a starting point for treks into the Langtang valley. We will travel via Trisuli Bazaar where the hydroelectric project was completed by the Indian and you can see many beautiful villages and local people in traditional dress during travel bettrawati to syabrubesi. Overnight in Syabrubesi in a Lodge.
  • Day 03: Trek to Gatlang (2238m). Walk approx. 5-6 hours
    Your trek starts from Syabrubesi, we reach a view point and across the Goljung Village enjoying splendid views of the Gosainkunda range, Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal and many more natural beauties. Gatlang is a small village on the hillside with traditional stone houses where you can find real Tibetan culture alive today. Stay overnight in home or lodge.
  • Day 04: Trek to Tatopani (2607m). Walk approx. 5-6 hours.
    You begin your trek with a descent to Thangbuche, and magnificent views of the Ganesh Himal and Langtang Ranges along the way, near Chilime village by the Bhotekoshi River. After pass by the Chilime Hydropower dam have to cross a small hanging bridge and ascend until Tatopani. The name Tatopani literally means 'hot water' in Nepali owing to the natural hot springs there. Local people believe that the waters have a healing quality that eases away your aches and pains. Stay overnight in lodge.
  • Day 05: :Trek to Thuman (2338m) via Nagthali. Walk approx. 7-8 hours.
    It will be the longest tracking day. This morning, you climb to Nagthali, which is at the height of 3165 meters, which was once used as a popular focus center for local monks and priests. It is the highest route in the area, is located in open grassland and gives adornment colors of panoramic views of snow covered Langtang Lirung, Kerung, Ganesh Himal and Sanjen Ranges.You descend down to Thuman, a heavily Tibetan influenced Tamang village. If you are lucky, then you can come to the big army of Nepal Gray Langur monkey. Here is an unforgettable experience with ancient landscapes and home rich wooden mines. Stay overnight in lodge

  • Day 06: Trek to Bridim (2229m). Walk approx. 5-6 hours.
    You trek another Tibetan influenced Tamang community located in the bosom of the Langtang Himal to Briddim from Thuman, walking through rhododendron forests and meadows via Lingling. Here, you visit the Dukchu Gomba monastery. About 43 houses are spread in Z shape and most of the houses are built by stones and are inhabited mostly by people of Tibetan origin. Home stay and Lodge for overnight.
  • Day 07: Trek to Sherpa Gaon (2563m). Walk approx. 5-6 hours.
    Today, you trek from Briddim to Sherpa Gaon the trail till Wangal village, takes about 1 hour. Then, the trail steeply ascends until reaching Khanjum village which takes about 2 hours, you have lunch here. Again you continue your trek to Sherpa Gaon which takes about 3 hours. You have marvelous view of high Himalayan range. Stay overnight in lodge.
  • Day 08: Trek to Langtang (3430m). Walk approx. 6-7 hours.
    After breakfast, You embark on your trip to the Langtang Village. In this day, the trail descends through the Rhododendron forests and stunning view of Langtang Himal and Gosaikund valley until reaching Lama Hotel which takes about 2 hours. Your trail continues alongside dense forests. After climbing up steadily through the valley, you leave the tree line behind. Langtang is one of the oldest villages along this trekking route and the view from here is more spectacular as we get closer to mountain. Rest of the day you walk around village and stay overnight in lodge.
  • Day 09: Trek to Kyanjing Gompa (3,870m). Walk approx. 3-4 hours.
    After breakfast, you leave Langtang village and walk through yak pastures. You also cross the biggest mani divider in Nepal and cross a few wooden scaffolds as well as interesting factories, famous cheese factory and ancient Buddhist monasteries. Kanjin Gompa is encompassed by the Himalayas all around.This beautiful valley is located in the lap of the Mount Langtang Lirung and other peaks. Stay overnight in lodge.
  • Day 10: Excursion to Tsergo Ri either Langshisa Kharaka
    Rest day or explore the monastery and the cheese factory or can visit the moraine to see the spectacular ice faces and tumbling glaciers of Langtang Lirung or ascend Kyangjin Ri (4350m) and Tserko Ri (4985m), which is highest point of this trek, directly behind the village, for a breath-taking panorama of the Langtang range, Kinshung, Yansa Tsenji and the foot of the huge Lirung Glacier. Overnight In same Lodge in Kyangjin Gompa.
  • Day 11: Trek to Lama Hotel (2324m), 5-6 hours.
    Trek to Lama Hotel. It is a downhill trek through forests and alongside a beautiful mountain river. We can have lunch break in Godatabela. . After lunch, the trail keeps descending till Lama Hotel. On the way we pass through the ethnic settlements of the Tamang people whose religious and cultural practices similar to the Tibetans. Stay overnight in lodge.
  • Day 12: Trek to Thulosyabru (2210m). Walk approx. 5-6 hours
    After breakfast in Lama Hotel, trek down to Pairo which takes about 3 hours. You have lunch break in pairo. After lunch skip the trail to Syabrubesi and climb up steep trail until reaching Thulosyabru which takes about 2 hours from Pairo. After reaching Thulosyabru you can have great view of mountains like Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal and other peaks. In the evening you can visit monastery with your guide and stay overnight in lodge.
  • Day 13: Trek to Singumba (3223m). Walk approx.. 4-5 hours
    In the morning, you start your trek after breakfast. The trail is steep uphill until reaching Brabal. Then you keep descending through the deep forests until reaching the Thulo Barkhu. You have lunch here. After lunch, you follow the road trail till Dunche village. Its take time about 2 hours to reach Sing Gompa. In the evening you can visit very famous cheese factory of Dhunche Sing Gompa and old monastery made by wood.
  • Day 14: Trek to Dunche (2030m). Walk approx. 4-5 hours.
    Trek to Dhunche Village is all the way down Deurali then cross Trisuli Khola to make to Dhunche through the Rhododendron and bamboo forests. Also you can see Hindu Temples on the way. Stay overnight in lodge in Dhunche.
  • Day 15: Drive to Kathmandu, 6-7 hours
    In the morning, after breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu from Dhunche. It takes about 6-7 hours to Kathmandu by jeep. We have lunch break in Trisuli. After lunch, the road is smooth till Kathmandu. After arrived Kathmandu Transfer to Hotel by car.
  • Day 16: Sightseeing in Kathmandu or fly back to home
    Kathmandu is the capital city of Nepal. It is also known as “the city of temples” and has been for many years the center of Nepal's history, art, culture and economy. The city presents a wonderful mix of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and Western influence in the Valley. There will be a whole day guided tour to the famous and biggest Hindu shrine of Pashupatinath, the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal Boudhanath, the 15th century Palace of 55 windows and Swoyambhunath. Patan and Bhaktapur, these cities bear immense historical, cultural and religious significances. Our tour guide leads you world heritage sites of all Kathmandu valley
  • Day 17: Final departure
