Bil Bahadur Gurung representative of Crystal Himalaya Treks and Expedition P.Ltd was born in the hidden area of deep Himalayan range close to Tibet. The area has the great diversity of the ethnic groups and unknown Mongolian world. He started his career in the tourism industry from porter, cooking chef, guide and finally to be the group guide for treating more than 100 people’s expedition team. Since he has the experiences of all type of jobs concerning to trekking, he cares all the concerned staffs to be better conditions and bring them to motivated to provide better costumer services. With all these reasons, many customers and groups from all over the world try to reserve him as their guide for their trip to Nepal and even porters and chefs are always happy to join his expedition team. He was reputed for the interesting knowledges of the each ethnic group’s cultures and their lifestyles so that his costmers can enjoy not only the Himalayan views but gain real deep feature of Nepal. His background is very unique. He moved to Japan by marriage with Japanese in 2003 and engaged in Japanese traditional craftsmanship. The local community in Japan has accepted him because of his high level of his work and his warm character. He was invited as the panelists in various study convention and events ,made public speech, and were on newspapers and TV medias many times. He has experiences local police committee members for 4 years. Each places he moved promised him to have successful life but this is based on his sincere and hardest work. During his stay in Japan , he continued his trekking guide works for many Japanese customers and finally open Crystal Himalaya Treks and Expedition P.Ltd. He has even devoted himself to his hometown project to revive their community after the earthquake 2015 and provided better environment for children so that they can get more chances to select their future through his NGO activity.Now Buddhism group, rotary club, and other many volunteers in Japan support his activities. His life motto is” Win-win” result comes from listening neighbor’s heart and sincere devotion to achieve it.”
